"Subject" line of the message.
- For cancelling one's name: put "unsubscribe" in the "Subject"
line of the message

the message

Sending messages to the list
Messages that are addressed to all subscribers to the list have to be sent to the
following address: diskurs@forum.sozialarbeit.de.
The mailserver will point this fact out in case of a misuse of the
"sozialarbeit-request" address. In case of a change of address, you are advised
to cancel your name registered under the old e-mail address before re-entering your name
under the new address. Most entries / cancellations are carried out automatically without
any human intervention.
Tip:
The mailserver is quite capable of distinguishing between name entries / cancellations
and messages to the list manager. If you want to make sure that your messages will be
received by the list manager, your first word in the "Subject" line should be a
"Re:" (of course, without the quotation marks). Then the mailserver will not
react to this message, but forward it to the list manager.
